Ask the Menu, buy it and try at home !

A Spring evening, thanks to all the dishes with seasonal vegetables, such as fennel with tahin souce, with a look at the next Easter festivities with a delicious cake Pasqualina, and then again dishes cheerful and tasty, as the cream of Jerusalem artichokes and miso, chickpea gnocchi and a fresh rocket pesto, lentil meatloaf and fabulous raspberry brownies! Many ideas for original dinners, all to try!

Thanks to the advice of Stefania, the students like every lesson, have had the opportunity to try their hand at preparations, learning the techniques of preparation and cooking of the proposed meals !
