The @centromacrobioticomilanese in cooperation with Roberto Marrocchesi and Accademia Oikos have managed the Conference and talked about Signs of the Face: Oriental Physiognomytasting, as usual, a great Aperitif in Macro Style !

The physiognomic reading of a human face, tells us the characteristics of the person both at the level of internal organs and emotional character.
It is possible to understand much of us and others through the observation of: forehead type and size, wrinkles and their alignment the eyebrows and eyes: color, size, distance between them and shape the shape of the nose and the length of the ears, hair and face shape !
During the evening many were the information that allowed to better understand us and our neighbors !

"The cold of these days, gave at @ratatuja new points of view concerning the Conference ! We talked about winter, about how to eat to warm ourself, to maintain tone and healthy !
Obvious?
Maybe yes, maybe no ! 😉

And why fears and weaknesses are much strong in this period?

We talked about it, showing alternatives types of cooking and the main technics of selling of Junk Food. A precious meeting to reflect together about how important it is, the quality of the food, not only about the nutritional components, but also to explore new forms of alimentation, the importance of a correct diet and the big proposal of the Macrobiotic offer.

The meeting was organized by FederConsumatori Milano as part of the project "Apriti Sesamo" and financed by Comune di Milano, in which Cascina Merlata is a partner of a associative net, with the coordination of Auser Milano.

It’s always nice to manage conferences at the Centro Macrobiotico Milanese, I feel at home. Many women tonight for the evening dedicated to women’s health and many questions! Thank you for participating. And thanks to Stefania Sanfelice for the hospitality and for preparing the "schiscetta" to me and to Paolo, for the return trip. I am happy that Michela Montagner (Run Veg) also participated, with whom it is always nice to exchange views and Macrobiotic chatter at the end of the conference, directed to the subway in the rain. We return home and on Wednesday we leave for Cesena! And do not forget the next Meeting...! “
