Centro Macrobiotico Milanese
The Centro Macrobiotico Milanese was born as a Cultural Association / Club in Milan in 1972 as one of the first center in Italy, to spread the macrobiotic culture. This is where the first products from Japan arrived, still unknown in the West: miso, tamari, umeboshi, seaweed, kouzu and much more.
This is the ideal place to discover and taste simple and genuine dishes, typical of the macrobiotic tradition. There is a daily Menù which change every day and the price is fixed in 10 euros; it consists in a soup and a second course, accompanied by whole wheat bread and bancha tea. In addition, you can choose between salads, savory cakes and delicious desserts.
Cooking classes and other events have been held in the center for over forty years, all dedicated to the well-being of the body and mind.
